FAQ

Who buys the parts?

You buy the parts. I'll help you pick what fits your budget and what you use the computer for, and I'll send you a list with links. If a part arrives dead, I'll help you figure out which part it is and walk you through the return or RMA with the seller.

How long does a build take?

I work on builds evenings and weekends, so most builds are done within a few days of the parts arriving. I'll give you a time estimate up front.

Do you warranty the work?

Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If something I did isn't right, reach out and I'll make it right.
